Awesome company to work with! Bearded Digital exceeded our expectations: creative design, quick response time, and functionalities beyond our request. They turned our vision into reality!
The team at Bearded was personable and easy to work with. Got the job done without the headache and valued our input the entire process. Would suggest them to anyone!
Everyone I've worked with at Bearded.Digital is top notch professionals. They take my small ideas and turn them into great projects. Very happy, highly recommend!
Great company to work with! Our website now has all the details visitors need and looks great! Working with Bearded helped us reach our Church's demographic.
I've served on media teams for multiple churches across the central United States... Working with Bearded.Digital completely changed that. They helped modernize our site, making it intuitive, effective, and truly reflective of our church's mission. Their expertise brought new life to our digital presence, and the impact has been immediate.
Bearded Digital's work is organized, pleasing, and easy to read. It really shows their chops for website building.
Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and best of all affordable. This has been nothing short of a pleasant experience. I highly recommend anyone who is even thinking of changing their websites to contact bearded digital. Caleb was the person we spoke to and he was kind and caring.
They made my dream website come true and helped me set up affiliate links for my Lego content.

Content swap, QA, refine design and branding.
Review call, punch list, 100% satisfaction.
Launch, submit sitemap, hook up analytics and search.
Hosting, security, backups, updates, and edits carry on every month after launch. Going live is where your plan starts, not where our work stops.
Keeps your website running smoothly and fixes bugs before your customers ever notice them.
Writes code so clean every button clicks right, every form submits smooth, and every page loads like it's got somewhere to be.
Yes. Pay the first month, and we start. Other agencies charge $2,000–5,000 upfront. We don't.
Yes. We change records, not owners. Email remains untouched unless you choose to migrate later. You own the site. We're just managers.
Plans run 12 months, then month-to-month. Prepay annually and the monthly rate drops (e.g. Grow is $250/mo instead of $279).
Basic: within 72 hours. Grow: 24–48 hours. Pro: 24 hours. Emergencies jump the queue on every plan.
We'll scope custom dev separately so your monthly plan stays predictable. Forms, tools, and platforms you already rely on get connected as part of the build.
No problem. You'll get a named specialist who handles edits, posts content, and keeps the site healthy. Quick edits (~15 min) are included per plan.
Plain answers to the questions owners, pastors, and admins ask us most.
Start in Google Search Console, which holds Google's own record of how your site did in search. Compare clicks and impressions for the four weeks before and after the day you noticed the change, then open the Manual actions report, which shows a green check mark if nobody at Google has penalized your site by hand. Google's guide to debugging traffic drops sorts the causes by the shape of the graph, with a large sudden drop pointing at an algorithmic update or a site-wide security or spam problem, and seasonality, a technical issue and a reporting glitch each leaving a different mark. Google also cautions against reading too much into your absolute position, saying that impressions and clicks are ultimately the measure of success for your site.
For most congregations, no. An app has to be installed, so it only reaches people who already know your church well enough to go looking for it, which leaves your website doing the job of being found. Apple's Developer Program costs 99 USD a year, and a nonprofit that is a recognized legal entity, doesn't have Apple's paid-apps agreement in place, and sells no digital goods or services through its apps can request a waiver, which Apple reviews before approving. Google Play charges a one-time 25 USD registration fee. Plan around upkeep instead: Google Play raised the Android version an app has to be built for in 2025 and again in 2026, and someone has to ship that update each time.
Usually because the mail system receiving your message can't confirm it actually came from your domain. Since 1 February 2024, Google has published six requirements for every sender to Gmail, and the one small senders miss is the first: set up SPF or DKIM authentication on your domain. Those settings live in your domain's DNS, which is why switching newsletter tools rarely fixes anything. Churches and small businesses almost never reach the 5,000-messages-a-day-to-Gmail mark that triggers Google's stricter bulk sender rules, so the repair is normally one record, added once.
