How does the revenue share work exactly?
You pay a flat monthly fee ($100–$450 depending on your tier when paid annually, or $129–$479 month-to-month) plus a small percentage of your online store sales. We invoice monthly based on read-only access to your Shopify online-store analytics.
What sales does the percentage apply to?
Only orders placed through the Shopify website we build — your online store sales channel. In-person and POS sales are 100% yours, and so is anything you sell on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, or social shops. We only take a share of the sales our work actually drives.
What if my store is brand new with no sales yet?
No problem — that's what the Basic tier is for. You pay as little as $100/mo (paid annually) plus 5% of your online store sales. If your website makes $0 in sales, you only owe the monthly fee.
Do I pay Shopify separately on top of this?
Yes. Your Shopify subscription (typically $29–$299/mo depending on your plan) is paid directly to Shopify. Our fee covers the design, build, and ongoing edits — not the platform itself.
Can you migrate my existing store from another platform?
Yes. We handle product migration, URL redirects, and design rebuild. We'll scope migration complexity in the audit call — no upfront fee, it's covered in your monthly plan.
What if I have a big sales month — is there a cap?
We don't cap it by default, but we're happy to negotiate a monthly maximum if that gives you more predictability. Bring it up in your audit call and we'll work something out.
How do you track my sales for billing?
Read-only collaborator access to your Shopify admin, scoped to your online store sales channel. We can only see analytics — we cannot make changes to your store or access payment details, and your in-person and marketplace sales are reported separately by Shopify, so they never factor into your bill.
Can I move to a different tier as my store grows?
Absolutely. When your monthly sales consistently hit the next threshold, we'll adjust your tier at the next billing cycle. Moving up means a lower rate — it's always in your favor to grow.
